Who we are: Any Sourcing Ltd is a Hong Kong registered company (BR: 58916932) operating a B2B trade portal at www.arya.cn.com. Our Ningbo entity, Ningbo Arya International Trade Co Ltd, operates as part of the same group. Contact: contact@any-sourcing.com
Who this policy applies to: This portal is strictly B2B. Access is by invitation only. We do not serve consumers or collect data from the general public.

We do not collect payment card data. All payments are handled outside the portal by bank transfer.

Data storage and security: Your data is stored on Odoo's cloud infrastructure (Odoo Online). Odoo SA acts as our data processor under a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement. Data may be processed outside the EU; appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
Retention: We retain business contact and transaction data for as long as the commercial relationship is active, and for up to 7 years thereafter to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights (GDPR): If you are based in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data; to object to processing; and to data portability.
